RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves with a flexible returns policy and are happy to refund or exchange items damaged in transit, that are faulty or not what you ordered as per our Returns policy. Our Team continually strives to give excellent service and customer care to ensure that you come back and shop with us time and time again.
Our return policy only applies to orders from www.elcustom.com; if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. If you are not satisfied with any products (except for our Refresher Program), you may return them for a refund, with no questions asked, under the following conditions:
- Your refund request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the item's delivery according to tracking information on the order. All items must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to our location within thirty-five (35) calendar days from when the item was delivered. Items that do not begin their transit during this time period will receive partial refunds in an amount at the sole discretion of Rooth Quiet Life.
- We will only refund product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable. Unused products will be fully refunded. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to our products' personal nature, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was just used once and cleaned afterward).
- If any items/parts are missing, we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee up to 50%.
- We will deduct the cost of return shipping we incur from any refund; this is typically between $5~$10 (the costing will be dependant upon the weight and destination of the package).
Ready to start your return? Follow these steps to return a product purchased from our site:
- Email us at zhan@elcustom.comto initiate a return. After confirming your eligibility for a return, you may proceed with returning the product. You will be responsible for arranging trackable return shipping to our warehouse in Zhuhai China at your own expense.
- Please provide us tracking information as soon as you have it. If you have any questions or concerns about your return, please feel free to email us at zhan@elcustom.com.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy bubble envelope to ensure the product will be returned without damage.
- Once the product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund. After your refund has been issued, it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement depending on your financial institution's processing times. If it has been more than 14 business days, please contact your financial institution directly so that they may release your refund.
Rooth Quiet Life cannot take responsibility for any damages, compensatory, indirect, consequential or direct, data loss, income, profit, property loss or damage and third-party claims implied or otherwise when using this website.
REFUND POLICY
Our priority is your satisfaction as a customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, returned goods must be in their ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition with TAGS attached. Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered is considered to be in other than "As New" condition and cannot be returned. Regulations also require swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments.
We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.
Please contact the number or email on your Invoice before shipping any items to ensure the Returns centre is expecting your item and can identify it correctly for processing.
Ship your package prepaid and insured for your protection in case of loss. Ship to the same address that is printed on your invoice and return this completed form with a copy of your original invoice that came with the item(s).
Your credit will be issued to your credit card. We may contact you again to get this as all information is not held by elcustom.com.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, items which are damaged or not fit for purpose at sale will be covered under their individual warranty if deemed to be covered by the manufacturer who require the item to be able to make an assessment. Rooth Quiet Life does not make this assessment and the process for assessment varies depending on manufacturer. No Assessment can be made without the damaged product present.
